When is Airport Fast Track worth booking?
It helps most when you would rather have someone guide you through the airport than work it out alone — especially in these situations.
Travelling with older parents or young children
A host walks you through every step; choose a package with baggage help so you are not minding family and pushing a trolley at once.
First time flying through Vietnam
Your host guides you through each formality, so you never have to guess which counter or lane to use.
Arriving in Vietnam from abroad
International arrival packages include a host at the priority immigration lane; some add baggage help all the way out of the terminal.
Connecting between international and domestic flights
Changing terminals and checking in again is where connections go wrong; with a host you do not have to find your own way between terminals.
Business trips on a tight schedule
Less time queuing and finding your way at the steps your package covers, more energy for the meeting after you land.
Meeting partners and guests
Your guests are met and looked after from the moment they reach the airport; one booking covers several guests.
What does the host do for you?
What is included depends on the package — each package’s details appear in the booking form once you choose your flight. In general, packages cover the following.

Arrivals — meet and greet
- A host with a name sign meets you inside the terminal: at the formalities area, or right at the jet bridge with VIP packages.
- International flights: the host goes with you through immigration in the priority lane.
- Packages with baggage help: the host takes you to baggage claim and out of the terminal with your bags.

Departures — see-off
- A host meets you when you arrive at the airport.
- Help with check-in, bag drop and your boarding pass at a priority counter.
- The host goes with you through the priority lane your package covers; for international flights this includes emigration.
- Directions to the lounge or your boarding gate.

International ↔ domestic connections
- A host meets you at the meeting point when your first flight lands.
- Help with formalities in the priority lane and with your baggage.
- A ride to the terminal of your next flight and help checking in for it.
- Directions to your boarding gate.
Domestic flights have no immigration: domestic arrival packages take care of your baggage and get you out to the arrivals hall; departure packages cover check-in, bag drop and getting you to the gate.
