Does your phone support eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM installed from a QR code — no SIM slot needed. Most recent phones support it, as long as the phone is carrier-unlocked.

Where do these SIMs and eSIMs work?
In Vietnam. The plans are for travellers arriving in Vietnam through Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) and are collected at our counter in International Terminal 2.
Where and when do I collect my SIM or eSIM?
At the SIM & eSIM counter right by baggage carousel 8, in the baggage hall of Tan Son Nhat International Terminal 2. It is just past immigration, so you can collect it while you wait for your bags. Add your landing date, time and flight number when you book so the counter has it ready for you.
Data only, or calls + data?
A data plan covers maps, WhatsApp, Zalo and social media. A calls + data plan adds a Vietnamese phone number for calls and SMS, which you need for ride-hailing, OTP codes or calling a hotel.
What if my phone does not support eSIM?
Choose a physical SIM: our staff fit it in your phone at the airport. Your phone needs a SIM slot and must be carrier-unlocked.
How long are the plans valid?
The number of days is in the plan name and in the plan table. Need longer, or plans for a whole group? Call 0818 809 923 and we will advise you.
Do prices include VAT?
