What does the all-inclusive fare cover?
The fare you see when you choose your area is the price for the whole trip, with airport entry fees and road tolls included. Listed fares exclude VAT, which appears as a separate line before you confirm, so you always know the total up front.
- Fares are set by ward or area, not by a meter, so traffic jams do not push the price up.
- Late-night trips carry a surcharge, shown in the fare as soon as you pick a time.
- Delayed flight? Your driver tracks your actual landing time and still waits, at no extra cost.
Choose a vehicle for your group and luggage

Bulky items such as golf bags, strollers or boxes take more room than a normal suitcase, so go up one size. For groups larger than 15, call us and we will arrange the right vehicles.

- Choose the direction: pickup from the airport, drop-off at the airport, or another trip that does not involve the airport.
- Choose the terminal: T1, T2 or T3. Not sure? See which airlines use which terminal.
- Choose your area (ward): the all-inclusive fare appears straight away, with no waiting for a quote.
- Choose the date, time and vehicle, then add your flight and contact details. Our team confirms the trip with you before your travel date.
Where will the driver meet me?
Arrivals: a uniformed driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name sign and helps with your luggage. Landing from abroad? Add arrival fast track to get through immigration and baggage claim faster.
Departures: the car comes to the address you entered and takes you to the departures hall of your chosen terminal. From central Ho Chi Minh City the ride usually takes 30–60 minutes depending on traffic, so time your pickup to reach the airport about 2 hours before a domestic flight or 3 hours before an international one.

Terminal transfers and trips that skip the airport
Besides pickups and drop-offs, you can book a ride between terminals, for example from T3 to T2 for a connecting flight (see changing terminals), or another trip within Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

For now our transfer service runs only at Tan Son Nhat. At other airports you can still book fast track and lounges.
