What happens if my flight is delayed?

Newway SAS tracks your actual landing time and moves the pickup with it. You do not need to call us and you pay nothing extra for the delay.

What does the all-inclusive fare cover?

Airport entry fees and road tolls. Fares exclude VAT, which is shown as a separate line when you book. Late-night trips carry a surcharge, which is included in the fare as soon as you pick your time.

Where will the driver meet me?

For arrivals, a uniformed driver waits in the arrivals hall holding your name sign. At Tan Son Nhat International Terminal, the meeting point is Pillar 9 in the arrivals hall. For departures, the car picks you up at the address you enter when booking.

I am travelling with a small child. Do you have child seats?

Yes, on request. Add a note when you book or tell our team when they confirm your trip.

Which vehicle suits a larger group?

A 7-seat car takes up to 5 passengers and 4 suitcases; a 16-seat van takes up to 15 passengers. For bigger groups, call 0818 809 923 and we will arrange the right vehicle.

Which airports do you cover?

Newway SAS currently runs airport transfers at Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai. At Tan Son Nhat (terminals T1, T2 and T3) we serve Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Ba Ria – Vung Tau. At other airports you can still book fast track and lounges.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer or cash. If your company needs a VAT invoice, enter the invoice details when you book.
