SH Premium Lounge Ha Noi 3 is on Level 4, West Wing, international departures airside in Terminal T2 at Noi Bai, near boarding gates 37 and 38. It opens daily from 06:00 to 02:00 the next morning, which covers late-night departures.

It has more dedicated zones than any other lounge in the network: a Relaxing Zone, a Media Hub, a Conference Room for a last meeting before boarding, and a Children's Room for families. The prayer room, Halal area, smoking room and showers are all set apart.

The Voyage restaurant cooks hot dishes to order, with a separate Halal area alongside. Each visit covers up to three consecutive hours before departure, and the lounge has free Wi-Fi, power outlets, shared computers, a bar and a flight information board.

CHILDREN'S RATES

• One child under 5 travelling with an adult is free of charge.
• From the second child under 5 onwards, each is charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Children aged 5 to 12 are charged 50% of the adult rate.

LENGTH OF STAY

• One visit covers up to three consecutive hours before the departure time shown on your boarding pass.
• Beyond three hours a further visit is charged; any part-period under three hours counts as a full one.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• The lounge is airside in the international terminal. Please complete check-in, security screening and immigration before coming to the lounge.
• Present your boarding pass together with your booking confirmation at the lounge reception.
