Northwest terraced fields in bare timber and brocade

SH Premium Lounge Dien Bien is on level 2, domestic departures airside, Dien Bien Airport, near boarding gate 1. The lounge opens in line with the day's flight schedule; please check your departure time before arriving.

The design borrows the shape of terraced fields and Northwest hill country, set in warm greens and browns, with natural timber and brocade as the two lead materials. The kitchen cooks to the region: upland sticky rice, five-colour sticky rice, rice in bamboo, and pork and chicken cured with mac khen pepper.

Each visit covers up to three consecutive hours before departure. Inside you will find a self-service buffet, hot and cold drinks, free Wi-Fi, a flight information board, television, shared computers, a work area, newspapers and magazines, personal amenity kits and a shoe-shine machine.

CHILDREN'S RATES

• One child under 5 travelling with an adult is free of charge.
• From the second child under 5 onwards, each is charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Children aged 5 to 12 are charged 50% of the adult rate.

LENGTH OF STAY

• One visit covers up to three consecutive hours before the departure time shown on your boarding pass.
• Beyond three hours a further visit is charged; any part-period under three hours counts as a full one.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• The lounge is airside. Please complete check-in and security screening before coming to the lounge.
• Present your boarding pass together with your booking confirmation at the lounge reception.
