SH Premium Lounge Can Tho is on Level 2 of the domestic departures airside area, next to boarding gate 5. It opens daily from 06:00 to 21:00 and welcomes passengers on any domestic flight within those hours.

The room takes its cue from the Cai Rang floating market: natural brown timber throughout, with details shaped after the hulls of moored sampans. The buffet follows the same thread with Mekong Delta cooking — prawns braised in coconut milk, green mango salad, caramelised fish, braised duck with steamed rice — alongside hot and cold drinks served throughout opening hours.

Each visit covers up to three consecutive hours before departure. Inside you will find free Wi-Fi, shared computers, newspapers and magazines, personal amenity kits and sofa seating, with a flight information board in plain view so you can track your departure without stepping out.

CHILDREN'S RATES

• One child under 5 travelling with an adult is free of charge.
• From the second child under 5 onwards, each is charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Children aged 5 to 12 are charged 50% of the adult rate.

LENGTH OF STAY

• One visit covers up to three consecutive hours before the departure time shown on your boarding pass.
• Beyond three hours a further visit is charged; any part-period under three hours counts as a full one.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• The lounge is airside. Please complete check-in and security screening before coming to the lounge.
• Present your boarding pass together with your booking confirmation at the lounge reception.
