The Elite tier at Terminal 3: jade, smoked brown, and table service

SH Elite Lounge Tan Son Nhat is on Level 4, domestic departures airside in Terminal T3, open daily from 03:00 to 23:00. This is the Elite tier — you are served at your table, unlike the self-service Premium lounge on the same floor.

The room draws on old Saigon: jade green, smoked brown and warm beech in an elegant tropical layout. One side looks out over the runway, with reclining chairs turned towards the glass.

Dining combines à la carte with a partial buffet, Vietnamese and European dishes cooked to order, alongside wine, cocktails, afternoon tea and house-brewed coffee. Each visit covers up to three consecutive hours before departure, with a personal assistant, a work area, free Wi-Fi and a flight information board.

CHILDREN'S RATES

• One child under 5 travelling with an adult is free of charge.
• From the second child under 5 onwards, and for every child aged 5 and over, the adult rate applies.

LENGTH OF STAY

• One visit covers up to three consecutive hours before the departure time shown on your boarding pass.
• Beyond three hours a further visit is charged; any part-period under three hours counts as a full one.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• The lounge is airside in the domestic terminal. Please complete check-in and security screening before coming to the lounge.
• Present your boarding pass together with your booking confirmation at the lounge reception.
