The Elite tier in International T2 — small, few seats, very quiet

SH Elite Lounge Ha Noi 2 is on Level 4, West Wing, international departures airside in Terminal T2 at Noi Bai, near boarding gates 37 and 38. It opens daily from 08:00 to 00:00.

This is the network's second Elite room, sitting next to SH Premium Lounge Ha Noi 3 but built on the opposite idea: small, with few seats, soft lighting and dark materials. If you want somewhere genuinely quiet before a long international flight, it suits better than the larger Premium lounge beside it.

Each visit covers up to three consecutive hours before departure. There is table service, a bar, a work area, free Wi-Fi, power outlets, personal amenity kits and a flight information board; the wider SH facilities in T2 West are all within walking distance.

CHILDREN'S RATES

• One child under 5 travelling with an adult is free of charge.
• From the second child under 5 onwards, and for every child aged 5 and over, the adult rate applies.

LENGTH OF STAY

• One visit covers up to three consecutive hours before the departure time shown on your boarding pass.
• Beyond three hours a further visit is charged; any part-period under three hours counts as a full one.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• The lounge is airside in the international terminal. Please complete check-in, security screening and immigration before coming to the lounge.
• Present your boarding pass together with your booking confirmation at the lounge reception.
