The Elite tier: à la carte ordering, a personal assistant, runway views

SH Elite Lounge Ha Noi 1 is on Level 3, domestic departures airside at Noi Bai International Airport, open daily from 06:00 to 21:00. This is the Elite tier — the difference from Premium is that you are served at your table rather than serving yourself.

The room is done in an Indochine style: high ceilings, crystal lighting, dark oak walls and a large hand-painted lotus panel. There are leather sofas, marble tables and hand-painted ceramic lamps, and one side of the room looks straight out onto the runway.

Dining combines a semi-buffet with à la carte ordering, Vietnamese and European, alongside a selected wine list, cocktails, afternoon tea and house-brewed coffee. Each visit covers up to three consecutive hours before departure, with a personal assistant, massage chairs, a quiet work area, free Wi-Fi and a flight information board.

CHILDREN'S RATES

• One child under 5 travelling with an adult is free of charge.
• From the second child under 5 onwards, and for every child aged 5 and over, the adult rate applies.

LENGTH OF STAY

• One visit covers up to three consecutive hours before the departure time shown on your boarding pass.
• Beyond three hours a further visit is charged; any part-period under three hours counts as a full one.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• The lounge is airside in the domestic terminal. Please complete check-in and security screening before coming to the lounge.
• Present your boarding pass together with your booking confirmation at the lounge reception.
